Spending Nights in the Living Room
Living rooms are a great place time spend time in. You can watch the telly, eat snacks, have coffee, read books, and - the most important activity of a human being - sleep. It is such a versatile room that we can do anything in it except maybe take a bath.
And whoever said that you can have only one bed? An extra is always a welcome proposition. But you don’t really have to show it, though. You can have a bed in the middle of the living room without having a bed in the middle of the living room. Confused? Well, it is a s easy as adding a corner sofa-bed in your living room. Simply unfold it when you want to binge watch all three seasons of La Casa de Papel before they release the 4th season.
Too engrossed in a book that you suddenly feel the urge to finish it overnight? Of course, snacks should be included, too. Then the living room is yet again our answer. Some of us just don’t want to bring food inside the bedroom - unless we have a maid that will prepare for a breakfast in bed and clean up after us. But we don’t. And we only live in a small space. Having a nice wall lamp to illuminate our books so that we wouldn’t have to have the living room lights switched on will make us feel warm and fuzzy. Definitely better than reading in the dark and make our head hurt in the morning.
We aren't living in the living room if there is no coffee. Yes, a large number of our staffers actually think that coffee is the essence of life. Come to think of it, it might be safe to say that coffee already runs in our veins. If you share the same sentiments, then you might find that having a nest of tables actually is a good idea. You will have a table for coffee, a table for books and snacks, and a table should you decide to play a little game with friends. If we didn’t have proper jobs, I think we’ll all be happily living in our living rooms.
